Having bought a block of land, I now had serious reservations over who I would choose to build my new home. Along with my late Husband, I had built many homes before, so I was well aware of the stresses and hassles often associated with building. From my very first meeting with Julian, I was most impressed with his communication and obvious understanding of what I wanted and expected in a home. His eventual quote reflected this and his attention to detail was far superior when comparing with other quotes. It was detailed and set out in a highly professional manner, not only providing me with clarity in regards to the final cost of the building but also demonstrating that this was a builder I could trust. As the project progressed, that trust was well founded. The fact that the house was completed well within the time frame has to be accredited to Julian’s great project management and organisational skills. There was hardly a day go by when something wasn’t happening on the construction site and he kept me informed at all times as to what was happening next (and when). He was always available to offer me help and/or advice and sometimes even organising something for me that wasn’t part of the contract.
Everyone who comes to my house comments on the quality and the outstanding superior finish of the building. I love my home and I have been singing Julian’s praises from the very beginning and even more so on completion.
