Design

At bluerock, we ensure that home designs suit a clients lifestyle, site constraints and budget by spending time to discuss each clients specific and individual requirements. We initially provide ball park pricing and once the design, specification, working drawings and engineering have been completed a comprehensive quotation is provided. 

At Bluerock we can provide clients with full drafting services including bringing clients dream home sketches and ideas into full working drawings and specification. We can collaborate with architects to bring more sophisticated design ideas to life or can price from clients own contracted working drawings and specifications.

Build
On completion of the design, pricing and contract documentation, a submission is made to the local authorities for a approvals and licenses.  This submission includes contract documents, full working drawings, engineering details, Energy Efficiency Certificate and all requried insurances.

Once all approvals and licences have been received, construction can begin. Bluerock understands the importance of keeping clients informed, so Julian maintains constant contact and communication throughout the entire process.  At bluerock, we have the flexibility to allow for non structural changes  and modifications throughout the construction process. 

On completion of construction and final documentation, you will receive the keys to your new home to admire and enjoy.
